Drafting 🏁
Leadership is not always about being out front.
In racing, cars lock into formation and push each other through the G force. One carries the air resistance, the other reduces drag, and together they move faster than either could alone.
That is the magic of teamwork. Teams work the same way. Momentum compounds when people line up with trust and clarity. Sometimes you lead. Sometimes you push. Either way, progress comes from the draft.
⚡️ Synergy creates speed.

Spark ⚡️
I have been in rooms, some of them virtual, where perspectives bent my thinking in ways I had not imagined. Those moments when I catch myself saying I was not seeing it that way are the ones I live for. I write them down or take mental notes, revisit them, and let them shape me. Ego steals the spark.
The real fuel is knowing others carry answers and skills I do not yet have. That recognition keeps potential alive.
⚡️ Curiosity compounds when listening comes first.

Stillness 🪨
Momentum is not always forward motion. Sometimes the hardest judgment is to hold, resist the urge to act, and let the noise pass. In those moments, waiting is not weakness. It is discipline.
Progress lasts when it is sequenced. Acting too early without intent or analysis is like throwing spaghetti at the wall. Acting too late creates drift. The skill is knowing when to anchor and when to release.
⚡️ Endurance is built in the pauses.
