⚙️ The Edge and the Engine

I move through life studying how people reach their edge and how they fall short.

David Goggins once described running through cemeteries and asking how many never lived up to their potential.

He would tell himself, "Do not be one of them."

That idea stayed with me.

I learn from the relentless who squeeze everything from their grit.

I learn from the stalls too, and take note of what was left on the table.

Solving complex problems invigorates me.

It is how I honor those who never got the chance to finish what they started.

I build with urgency and clarity, not to impress but to move things forward.

Values are my compass.

Discipline is the engine.

I push past ceilings to set the next bar.

I break down systems and patterns to understand what drives outcomes

🌀 The Work in Motion

We realize that wellness is at the heart of the human experience.

As the world grows more complex, I find myself drawn to clarity, the kind that supports people, holds under pressure, and helps them stay grounded in motion.

I'm fascinated by the intersection of longevity, technology, and behavior.

This is where systems meet human potential. We returned to first principles.

We saw a gap in how wellness was being approached: fragmented, reactive, often shallow.

Our aim was to reimagine it through intelligence, immersion and deep care.

We are building something quiet. Something adaptive. A wellness technology platform that brings together AI, AR and behavioral design. Not for hype, but for real and personal transformation.

Early adoption has been strong.

The work that we do is the result of focused and meditative effort.

The work is still unfolding. We are in motion.

But what guides us is clear. The belief that well-designed systems can help people live with more clarity, energy and intention.

🧱 Words That Hold

I’ve always kept a quote wall in my room. Inspiration is everywhere. I’m on a quest for betterment, and these are a few signals I carry with me.

📕 “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”— Will Durant, summarizing Aristotle

✏️ “Discipline equals freedom.”

Jocko Willink

🧠 “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Carl Jung

🧱 “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”

Arthur Ashe

🎯 “Clarity comes from action, not thought.”

Marie Forleo

🔥 “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.”

Widely credited to Albert Einstein (authorship debated)

🌌 “Knowledge is a paradox. The more one understands, the more one realizes the vastness of his ignorance.”

Inspired by Arcane, one of my favorite shows.

⚡ “You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”

Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, Book 12, adapted.

🎓 The Educated Operator

Businesses and firms are constantly evolving. So must I.

My passion for learning how to be a better problem solver has been the centrifugal force behind how I think, build, and operate. I study not for performance but for edge. The goal is to refine systems that hold in hurricane-like conditions.

I ask one question often: How can I make teams, technology, and business coalesce as the Rubik’s Cube reconfigures itself?

🏛️ NYU Stern School of Business

Dean’s Scholarship Recipient

Executive MBA in progress. This was not just an honor. It was confirmation that the way I build belongs in the room. I learn from global systems, live casework, and people who challenge how business is taught.

🏆 MIT Innovation Leadership Bootcamp

Final Pitch Competition Winner

We built under pressure. The win was a byproduct of teamwork and clear decision-making. We optimized for impact, not applause.

🧠 MIT Chief Technology Officer Program

Twelve months of deep systems thinking

While building my stealth wellness platform, I took every session and funneled it into real execution. Strategy is only useful if it touches reality.

♟️ Stanford Executive Leadership Development Program

A calculated move during a time of AI disruption. I chose to be close to the epicenter. Stanford was solving puzzles in real time. I wanted to be there while the system reconfigured itself.

🎯 This is how I learn. Strategically. Relentlessly. With precision. Always in motion.

🌄 What Grounds Me

This is my own kettlebell. Scarred, challenges me, and always ready. Creates the calluses in my mind.

🧱 During the toughest times, I go deeper. That is where resilience is built. Not in the comfort, but in the discomfort. Dopamine earned the hard way is how I function. Every drop of sweat is earned.

💪 Brutal is the word I use often. A lot of my workouts happen at two or three in the morning, depending on the day. Even while I am traveling for my EMBA program, I make space to train. I work out not to perform but to realign. It resets the system. It reminds me I can still push.

🎧 I often pair my workouts with audiobooks or strategic podcasts. It sharpens the body while feeding the mind. I like to start the day with that kind of clarity, both physical and mental.

📖 I read to deepen. The more I learn, the more I see the space between what is known and what is not. That curiosity is what keeps me steady.

👨‍👩‍👦 My family is everything. Time with them matters. Walking, cooking, laughing, eating new vegetarian dishes brings me back to myself. It is where momentum slows down just enough to feel present.

🍦 And yes, sometimes that presence includes slurping ice cream. Because the joy of desserts when earned is sheer bliss.

🧠 This is how I stay grounded. A mix of structure, struggle, stillness, and joy. I do my best to find balance.

Still Unfolding

This is just the beginning. The crucible of learning continues. Revealing all my cards at once isn’t how I operate. It’s not the start or the finish. It’s a loop, built for recursion, insight, and reveal.

"The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know.”

Mark Twain
