📋 Executive Summary
Over 16 years of operational leadership across five countries, leading teams, scaling systems, and delivering measurable outcomes in consumer technology, enterprise services, and wellness technology.
At Minacs, building and leading teams across Apple's global account, our team stabilised a 750-person global organisation under severe performance pressure. We coached and aligned 200+ executives, rebuilt the full KPI architecture, and delivered a 32% performance rebound in two weeks. Across 200+ Apple frontline teams, we drove a 70% global performance lift and sustained benchmarks of 90%+ through standardized workflows and systematic feedback loops.
At Apple, I served as final escalation authority for the most complex customer issues across the United States and Canada, maintaining 100% CSAT and ranking in the top 1% globally across eight years.
As founder of Kaydio, I designed and built the full cinematic interactive prototype as sole product designer for an AI and AR wellness platform (based on initial feedback), validating demand with 82% positive interest from beachhead users.
Currently completing an Executive MBA at NYU Stern on a Dean’s Scholarship, with executive education from MIT’s CTO Program and Stanford’s Executive Leadership Development. I speak five languages and have lived and worked across North America, Europe, and Asia.

⚙️ How I work
I think in systems. Most of my career has involved walking into complex operational environments, identifying where structures are failing, and rebuilding them so they hold without depending on any single person. The pattern has repeated across crisis turnarounds, enterprise scaling, and building from zero. What connects them is a consistent focus on sustainable performance over individual heroics.
🏎️ Track Record

Performance raised 70% across 200+ Apple frontline teams through standardised workflows and systematic feedback loops.
Top 1% peer ranking globally for complex escalations at Apple, with 100% CSAT maintained across eight years.
32% performance rebound delivered in two weeks during a crisis stabilisation of a 750-person global organisation at Minacs.
$10.2M enterprise deal closed at Summit, the largest in firm history that year, contributing to 20% revenue growth and 32% retention improvement.
82% positive user interest from beachhead users for Kaydio, a self-funded AI and AR wellness platform built from first principles.
MIT Innovation Leadership Bootcamp Final Pitch Competition Winner. Scaled cross-functional teams across five countries with structure designed for consistency and autonomy.

🌀 The Work in Motion
Kaydio is a self-funded wellness technology platform integrating AI, AR, and behavioural
intelligence.
The wellness industry is measured in trillions globally but remains
fragmented, reactive, and shallow in its approach to behaviour change.
Kaydio is designed to close that gap. I built the full cinematic interactive prototype end to end as sole product designer, validating demand with 82% positive interest from beachhead users.
The platform is in active development.

🎓 Education
NYU Stern School of Business — Executive MBA (in progress), Dean’s Scholarship recipient. Coursework spanning operations strategy, crisis management, emerging technology and business innovation, and brand strategy. Global immersion residencies in
Sweden and additional international modules.
MIT Innovation Leadership Bootcamp — Final Pitch Competition Winner. Collaborative team project under compressed timelines, focused on translating strategic insight into executable plans.
MIT Chief Technology Officer Program — Twelve-month programme completed alongside the development of Kaydio. Applied systems thinking directly to platform architecture, product strategy, and technology selection.
Stanford Executive Leadership Development Program— Focused on leadership during periods of technological disruption, with emphasis on AI strategy and organisational adaptation.

🌄 What Grounds Me
I train consistently — it keeps the thinking clear and the energy steady.
I read widely,
often pairing physical training with audiobooks on strategy, leadership, and systems
thinking.
My family grounds everything. Time spent cooking vegetarian meals, walking, and being present with my partner and child is where the pace slows down enough to stay balanced.

Still Unfolding
Over 16 years, five countries, and every role I have held share one thread: building systems that perform at scale and hold when you step away. The next chapter is taking shape. I complete my Executive MBA at NYU Stern in January 2027.
